Brooklyn Brewery: Pilsner

Nose:  Wet hay, dank, bitter.

Taste:  Malty corn or maize notes to start, sharpening into a bitter bite from the hops and then a somewhat musky or finish similar to hay or dried grass

Mouthfeel:  Very drinkable, light bodied, with soft velvety carbonation.

Overall:  Pair this with light grilled chicken with cilantro and lime, or fish tacos.  Perfect for an afternoon poolside, or a summer picnic.
